We were commissioned to develop a design for converting an agricultural unit into three dwellings under Class Q Permitted Development legislation.
Taking advantage of recent legislation changes, our proposal includes a single-story rear extension, and created new openings to maximize natural light and facilitate a successful subdivision of the space into three separate units.
The addition of timber cladding enhances the aesthetic appeal and complements the building's rural context. Working in collaboration with JMI Planning Ltd, we ensured the project adhered to Class Q guidelines while optimizing both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the development.
