DWAD were asked to provide a contemporary redesign for this detached property in Ashbourne. 

Included in the design is a light and airy hallway with a modern gable roof. Timber cladding adds detail and texture to the exterior of the first floor. The rear of the property has a balcony extending from the master bedroom to enable excellent views over Ashbourne.  The side of the building has an elegant chimney column extending from the living room to bedroom.
