DWAD has designed two new houses with a private courtyard for people wanting to enjoy the convenience and location of the pretty village of Tutbury.

The homes are symmetrical in design and are accessible for residents of all ages. The design encourages interaction among residents and space for two cars in a private courtyard. The homes have dormer windows at the back to increase light and ventilation, and private enclosed gardens with a patio area.
